I was very impressed with how easy it was to install & use. Also, the print head went bad after 6 months & I ordered a free replacement in just 5 mins. using their website. Plus, I received the replacement in just 4 days.. You can’t beat that kind of service. I do wish I could just load the OS X driver so that I could print via the network using an IP address. As it is I can only get it to print as a local printer in os x leopard.

TRAY IS DEVELOPING A PROLEM FEEDING IN PAPER, 11 X 8,5 AS WELL S 4 X 6.

I have installed the 5500 printer and for some reason I can’t scan anything into my computer. Can anyone tell me why or how I can do it?

My printer started to print with wrong colors, all yellowish. I ntried a new ink cartridge and cleaned the nozzle, calibrated it and only three good 4×6 prints came out and then it turned yellowish again. Tried to reinstal software, it froze up and wouldn’t download… This is a nightmare from hell…;( Even the tech support never answered my emails…:9

I need to have a manual so I can know how to fax and scan. I can not do either right now. if I have the fax all hooked up and the printer on no calls can come in even though I do not have it on fax. I can not do any sconning either. I have no book to help me.

Power ‘brick’ died after less than 24 hours – replaced by PC World no problem.

Supplied sample photo paper different base shade of white to purchased A4 paper of same type.

Prints have a green bias – even printing stand-alone from scanned image on built in scanner.

Given up trying to update Easyshare software via Kodak website – fails to download even after hours online!
